Re-enrollment for the 2013-2014 school year begins next week. New contracts will be mailed on Wednesday and should be returned to our office by January 25th. After January 25th, we will open vacancies to our new applicants.

It is time to begin thinking about the 2012-2013 applications process and the upcoming re-enrollment process.
The application deadline for the 2012-2013 school year is January 27th. All parts of the application, including a copy of the child’s birth certificate and the application fee, must be received by the deadline in order to be considered for the first round of admissions. Admissions notifications will be made by February 15th.
Re-enrollment packets, including contracts and tuition rates for the 2012-2013 school year, will be mailed on January 6th. Re-enrollment contracts and deposits will be due by January 27th for all students. Your packets will include further instructions about how to complete the re-enrollment process.
When making enrollment decisions, priority is given, first, to current students, second, to siblings of CCEP students, then to children of parishioners and staff members, and finally, all other applicants, with consideration given to balanced classes and the date a complete application is received.
A need-based financial aid budget allows us to assist students who might not otherwise be able to attend CCEP. Applications may be found at www.sss.nais.org.
