Kickstart and Beginner
We offer two early learner options:
Beginner: Start your child's educational journey at Christ Church Episcopal Preschool with the Beginner Program, designed for confident walkers aged 12 months by September 1st.
Kick Start: This introductory two-day-a-week option allows early learners (12 months or 2 years old) to experience CCEP's socialization, play, and enrichment without a full-time commitment.
Nursery
The 2-Year-Old Nursery Program focuses on social development, independence, and self-help skills. The curriculum uses imaginative play, circle time with songs and stories, and daily outdoor activities to introduce basic concepts like colors, numbers, and shapes. The goal is a successful transition to a classroom environment.
Primary
The 3-Year-Old Primary Program is for children who turn three by September 1st, offering a nurturing environment in the Episcopal tradition. The curriculum emphasizes the development of the whole child—socially, emotionally, academically, and spiritually. Learning areas include literacy, math, science, fine arts, and motor growth.
Pre-K
CCEP's Pre-K Program (for children 4 by Sept 1st) features a dedicated Curriculum, specific Pre K Approach, and structured Schedule. A key component is Knowledge Building, aiming to nurture students socially, emotionally, academically, and spiritually within the school's tradition. Our Pre-K students bring these skills with them as they successfully transition into public, private, and parochial elementary programs.
Specials
Through our unique Specials Program, we build foundational skills in key areas. Students engage in Godly Play to deepen their spiritual understanding, explore their creative potential with Process Art, develop cognitive skills through Music, and begin their journey with a new culture via Spanish language instruction. It's a comprehensive approach to fostering spiritual, intellectual, and creative development.
